Terri Tuchschmidt-Shearer
Terri has more than 20 years experience in the education and technology fields. She began her career at Ralston Purina in International Strategic Training. Subsequently, she held various positions with Intelligent Electronics, Data General, Motorola, and at Wave Technologies, which she helped lead into an IPO in 1994. She was instrumental in the development of the first A+ Certification program in the United States, along with a number of Microsoft Certification programs.
In 1996, Terri founded Shearer Technologies, which evolved into ShearTech Advantage in 2001, and ShearLearn Global in 2002. She piloted major projects with Hewlett-Packard, Graybar Electric, Education Technology, Pratt & Whitney, Charter Communications and AT&T among others. Terri has spearheaded the continuing soft skill initiative and is an active member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), the Society of Technical Communicators (STC), the Macromedia Users Group, the Masie Center/TechLearn, and The World Trade Club where she was a former Board Member.
Terri is one of 180 selected for the Masie Consortium, a think-tank of leading e-Learning users and suppliers. She holds a BA in International Relations, and MAs in International Business and Marketing from Webster University.

Keshava N. Dhamnekkar
Keshava N. Dhamnekar, called Ananth by his
friends and family, spent the last 20 years as the owner of Aditi
Developers, a construction and real estate development concern in
Bangalore, India. Ananth met Terri in 2007 but became close business
associates in 2010 where they learned they have similar interests and
world visions. Terri and Ananth’s passion for education, the impact
education will have on poverty, and how technology if used properly by
proper people can make a big difference. They decided to become legal
partners during 2010 through Aditi International. Ananth (aka
Keshava.N.D. or Ananth.N.D.) is well known for his building projects but
also for giving back for a greater good. Ananth has engineering degrees
in both Civil and Aeronautical and has a MBA from Adam Smith University.
